A whole book dedicated to the Shadow World is probably a bit over the
top. However, this could be covered in the "Halflings" section of a
"Players Guide to Cerilia", which I think would be a good idea. History,
culture, famous people, character kits, etc. for the PC races of
Cerilia, including Goblins (but not Gnomes! ;-> ).
