One quick question. How does this Regent generate so many RPs? He is
Unblooded so the best he should be able to generate is 1 RP per DT, if your
real lenient, and round his zero BL up to 1 for this purpose. I thought a
Regent accumulated RPs based on BS or Province level, whichever was lower.

I am using the info I posted about unblooded regents for these realms.
In that I have unblooded fighters collecting about a third of what a
blooded regent does for province, and 15% for law holdings. This works
out at around 10 RPs a turn.
