Geez, I can't believe I forgot to mention this:

For those of you who liked KotGD (and I'm still hoping for more feedback),
I want to call attention to my editor, Carrie Bebris who, while no longer
employed at TSR will still be working extensively on the BR line as a
freelance editor and designer. She went a long way toward making that book
work. Her e-mail address is cbebris@aol.com if you want to send her
feedback directly (she was on this mailing list, but I don't think she has
the time anymore).

For those who didn't enjoy KotGD (so far, nobody's SAID anything bad ...),
it's my fault.
