Since it's been brought up, I thought I'd send my rules for running goblin
PCs in Birthright. It's based on my BR campaigns, where I have a couple
goblin PCs & several NPCs. I was originally going to submit it to Dragon,
but then they and TSR had their problems, so I put it on hold, then
eventually forgot about it until a few weeks ago.

Someone else posted something similar recently, but I like mine better.
. Sorry, I'm a little biased. Remember, though, this is a rough,
preliminary draft - I was going to check spelling, etc, and flesh it out a
bit more with Goblin culture , attitudes, some famous goblin NPCs, etc.

Also, be warned, I cut and pasted it from a wordpad file, so it's not that
pretty.
I have a slightly better version on my web page, with modifiers for goblin
thieves and some other stuff. However, it's formatted in HTML, with tables
and the like, and so it doesn't cut and paste well into Ascii.

I'm interested in feedback. Should common goblins be able to be Rangers?
What about Huge goblins being thieves? Should Huge and Giant goblins be
stronger? Smarter? Wiser? How are goblins treated in your campaign? In
mine, they aren't liked by most humans, but generally accepted, because
they are pretty common (unlike say, Elves, which are rarely seen).

I printed this out, and I'm going to take a look at it ASAP (which might be
awhile). Hopefully, you'll have more timely feedback from everyone else.
