Blood Abilitites

To the all Mighty Council,

Is there anyway my character can get some new blood abilities? If so
how can I get them? Is there anyway I can enhanced my level from
Minor to Major? If so how can I do that?

Typically, by increasing your BL strength.

Again, typically be increasing your BL strength.

Just out of curiousity, have you read the rules, John? If not, do so.
Both the rulebook and the Abomination supplement provides the answers to
your questions.
