I have heard of at least a few new ideas for Domain Actions, but since I've been gone for so long I have no idea how to even look for them. I have gone through the search engine and even through the different forum sections, but still can't find them.

Perhaps you should have a section just devoted to Domain Actions for any edition?

Creating a new forum isnt covering 100% of the topics, people still reply to posts with their ideas. so the ideas will be scattered throughout the different forums.
So posts need to be moderated. The questions is ofc, where will you put a thread once it has multiple topics?

the "solution" for that is tagging. i have implemented a auto-tagging script a while ago since people have to get used to that.. or simply forget.

the tag-clouds are shown on several places on the site. (frontpage, sidebar, below posts etc) so you can always look for a certain tag/group by using that.
if you look at the post you made, it created the tags:

action (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=action)
actions (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=actions)
domain (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=domain)
domain action (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=domain+action)
edition (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=edition)
search (http://www.birthright.net/forums/tags.php?tag=search)

So, my question is, can you find the thread(s) you are looking for using the link below?

On the wiki there were some suggestions under the 'house rules' page and I did some 'expanded action descriptions' for the standard actions that can be found by looking at the domain action summary page.
