Just a quick comment.

The DM needs to redo the design of the front page for the DM. I'm using Mozilla to view it and I can't see the DM e-mail link on the page (it has been cut off). The side frame for that page either needs to be scrollable, or it needs to be redesigned to cut out some of the spaces so all the links are viewable.

(You can see the link when using Internet Explorer, but not all of us use that... program).
