Hard to say, I`m not a trademark lawyer, but it looks like they didn`t

renew the trademark they had on the word "Birthright" and the image they

used as the campaign setting logo, the big stylized "Birthright" with

a sword through it. Doesn`t really mean anything.

So we can use the Birthright name without getting sued? Yippy...

I assume that all the actual contents, however, will be protected by copyright laws for many years to come, however...alas. [sigh]
