I did a few calculations today on the length of the major rivers in Cerilia (i.e. those with a name on the map of the continent). So here you go, if you can think of any I'm missing, let me know.

Interesting to note that our greatest river, rio amazonas (amazon river) has a lenght of about 4,400 miles!!!

Cerilia is indeed small compared to Earth...

It is indeed. Cerilia is only roughly 1300 miles from east to west and 800 miles from north to south (with lots of gaps in that space).

Yeah... the Maesil River is much more like the Danube or the Rhein than the Amazon or the Nile (just at a guess... I don't know how long those rivers actually are).

They are a little longer than the Maesil.

The Danube is 1,776 miles
The Rhine is 820 miles

The scale of Cerilia has always disturbed me. One has grandiose visions and thinks the Empire must have been truly immense.

It certainly puts the squabbling of regents on a rather petty scale, doesn't it?
