Game using Birthright Map

I am looking for a game that was on wizrds.com during the time when they allowed downloads of various birthright content. There was a fast play board game using the Cerlia birthright map. Anyone know what I am talking about?

According to the wiki (Birthright publication):
The Legacy of Kings (board game), http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/BoardGame.zip

But that link no longer works (neither do most of the other WotC free downloads for Birthright).
