Al-Qadim

The Al-Qadim campaign setting is a set of publications designed to provide background information, rules and adventures for roleplayers. It describes a world designed to be similar to the Middle-East with related mythology and cultures. It is part of the larger Forgotten Realms campaign setting but is designed to be used independently.
Al-Qadim is not directly related to the Birthright Campaign Setting. However, there have been some crossover publications in the Dragon magazine which help players run regents etc. in Al-Qadim. Its similarity to the lands and cultures of the Khinasi also allows various parts of Al-Qadim to be modified to work within a Birthright campaign.
