The Gheallie Sidhe killed the mother of Prince Fhilereane as far as I
remember from the books, so they should not shy out to kill some elves
who embrace the thought of dealing friendly with humans.

The province/house of Dhoneagmiere - they once had a dragon as living
libarry and teacher. Perhaps they are only convinced to share your
players opinion, if the players manage to bring them a dragonīs egg to
raise as replacement... ;-)
