just a quick thought.
can a regent transfer regency points from his realm to another.
i cant find my book and ive got a situation coming up where that could be necessary.

If I recall correctly, according to the original rules this can only be done
as part of a vassalage ceremony. I`m don`t know the details of your
situation, but in general the thought is that Regency Flows Up. That is, it
can only be passed from vassal to lord, and not between equals or from lord
down to vassals.

Of course, if this doesn`t suit you, it`s pretty easy to invent an
Investiture Ceremony that deals only in the transfer of RP. You might
prefer, however, to stick with the rule above and force your players to be a
little more creative.
