Cyrano24100 is Charles Dupin de St Cyr an avid Birthright fan.
He DM's Rjurik Winds ([1]): a PBEM that started in January 2007. The campaign is set in the Rjurik Highlands (the hint is in the title) and a game of heroic fantasy and double dealings, with a strong ephasis on monthly "Group Adventures" played on IM chat.
Charles is French, but lives in California where he is married and has three young daughters.
