New PBEM - Leicester Khinasi campaign

Leicester University Birthright, the longest running PBEM campaign has
officially ended and is restarting.

The new campaign will be set in Khinasi and the player applications are
being accepted at this time.

i think we were on 44 or 45, it was a great game and i think the new one will be too, ive played it for some time.
