Velesk may be one of the oldest cities in Vosgaard (with the exception of Rovnograd), and it looks it. While the tsara Fiala Ruszca orders her capital's defenses and the chief Winter Witch Lida Marnorin oversees her temple holdings, little has been done over the years to reinforce or improve the city. Trade and traffic exist in squalor in the tightly-packed city of Velesk, and few people, even warriors, brave the night streets alone.
