This template was used to create a "manual redirect" to a category page from a regular article. It was necessary in MediaWiki 1.5 but is not any longer.
You can now replace any occurences of this template with regular redirects!
Pages using this template are placed in Category:Redirects.

This would have been an automatic redirect, but unfortunately redirects from regular pages to category pages do not work in the current software version that BRWiki uses (Mediawiki v1.5). See MediaWiki Quirks.
