The Seamist Mountains are a range of older, lower, and weathered mountains, heavily covered by dense green forest. Great fogs and rain clouds continually wreath the mountain tops. Though trolls inhabit the wilder parts of the range, the valleys and dells are more inhabited than many other mountains.
The northern part of the range gives over to the Stonecrown Mountains, younger, broken, and a bit taller than the Seamist Mountains.
