Biography
After completing his training as an acolyte, Rhobher entered the Office of the Inquisition, investigating crimes of heresy in the Imperial Temple. He was eventually Inquisitor for all of Avanil.
After rising in the church hierarchy, he was made Prelate of Tuornen.
