Description/History:
Quirad al-Dinn, mentioned in the Rjurik Highlands campaign expansion (and pictured on the cover of The Book of Magecraft), is a man on the run. He refused to pilgrimage to the Temple of Rilni and take the Five Oaths required of Khinasi wizards; therefore has been sentenced to die. The 37-year-old renegade stands just shy of 6 feet and is of medium build. His striking facial features are easy to remember. Were it not for Alertness blood ability and Polymorph Self spell, he probably would have been found long ago.
