Turn 3: Erntenir 2, 551 MC (March 7 2007): "Fang of Karesha" Group Adventure

On behalf of the White Witch, I'd like to invite you to a mini adventure: The "Fang of Karesha" on Saturday March 10th 22 GMT (5PM EST, 2PT PST).

"Rumor has it that the Witch had a wicked dream and was visited by lady winter in mid summer! Now I've heard she directed the Awnshegh to recover a relic of hers that has washed up close to Rjurik shores. Now I was not invited to go; but I'll tell you what I know; the Relic is a weapon called the "Fang of Karesha" said to be an actual tooth from the mouth of Karesha's wolf form. Now legends disagree as to how the tooth made it's way to human lands; Karesha's priests believe it was sent by the goddess herself as a gift to her followers. Some priests of Belinik say their god ripped it from her mouth during battle between their two avatars. Now if you think you might be in Blackruft (Danigau) this fall; send the Witch a pigeon and see if she's still hiring hands; She'll want the fang for herself; but might return a favor for a hand in it all!" -- Sigrun Kjornaal (Skald of the Highlands)

Turn 3: Erntenir 9, 551 MC (March 10 2007): "Fang of Karesha" Group Adventure

The bard Sigrun set out from Leivika where he first heard news; Viigharl's young son Sven had just come back from across the Highlands; A ship from Danigau had braved the northern passage to get him back quickly to Leivika.

A fair bit of new I bring; one that might interest you all;
For the Fang of Karesha was the quest I will sing;
One which almost saw the White Witch fall;
And may have had the Siren weeping

Three Rjurik heroes accompanied lady White
First the ranger Dhaelrik the Siren's lover
Then Sven a son of Svinik of great might
And Valgherd a beautiful wizardess loner

To the reaches of the great bay in far away Danigau,
Where a dream and a letter drew the fight
They knew of the trap; but still did they go
To fetch back to Mandal the fang of great might
