The Coaster "Golden Bindier"

The coaster is the standard Cerilian light trader. This is a fast, single-masted trading and fishing ship rigged fore and aft with triangular lateen sails. Coasters can serve as scouts and couriers in wartime, but are not capable of fighting proper warships.

The coaster has replaced the cog and qarib as a merchant ship where renaissance technology is current. The cog was a dual service vessel, but ships are now build with greater specialization to make them better at their primary mission.
