The Birthright Forum is at www.birthright.net/forums, not inside BRWiki. Most major votes and discussions on how to change the content of this wiki or the Birthright Campaign Setting in general should be conducted in the forum.
This forum is also synchronised with the mailing list maintained by Wizards of the Coast at http://oracle.wizards.com/archives/birthright-l.html. What appears on one will also appear on the other, though the mailing list does not handle some of the formatting from the forum. The mailing list archives back to 1999.
